In-Year Appeals Process

Admission Appeals

If your child is unsuccessful obtaining a place at Sir Christopher Hatton, you have a right for your case to be heard by an Independent Appeals Panel at a two stage appeals hearing.

You will be required to need to send a completed Notice of Appeal which is located in the relevant tab below. Guidance Notes can also be found with the Notice of Appeal form, however, if you have any queries in relation to this process after reading these, please do not hesitate to contact our admissions team via email: admissions@hattonacademy.org.uk
